Ready to reimagine how to develop leaders
at all levels, ignite team performance,
and achieve better business outcomes?

I can support your company with my learning design services, an audit of your existing programs, or through my masterful training and facilitation.

When I describe what I do, I don’t like simply calling it consulting
or coaching.
What I really do is work as a
learning architect.

Architects develop the concepts for structures and turn those concepts into images and plans. For a learning architect, the “structure” is the comprehensive learning design that meets the needs of the participants and achieves the desired business outcomes.

As a learning architect, I am involved in all aspects of a learning and development project - from creating the initial vision and strategies, to explaining design and delivery ideas to stakeholders and practitioners, to reviewing the overall learning ecosystem that will support the different phases of the learning and development initiative.

I collaborate with you to identify the strengths of your current structures and programs and provide recommendations on what to do differently and better.

Often, it helps to have a knowledgeable and experienced guide by your side for a period of time - to be with you to set up the new structures and then work with you to get them operating well for the long-term.

Whether I am supporting a specific initiative, or working on retainer to provide robust, wraparound strategic implementation support, here are some ways I can help.

How important are teams to your company’s success?

More than 90% of employees believe teams are critical to the success of their organization but less than 25% consider their teams to be very effective.

Over 80% of teams say they are not operating anywhere near their full potential.

It’s time to stop looking at a team’s challenges as solely the result of a bad team leader.

And stop using one-off team building events to “fix” things because they rarely lead to lasting change.

Teams deserve to experience a team development process that addresses their unique team dynamics.

Team Effectiveness Coaching

No two teams are the same. Which is why prescribed ‘cookie cutter’ solutions to team development fall flat and fail to stick.

Unlocking a team’s potential requires a highly individualized, experiential, co-created development solution specific to your team.

Leaders and their teams are most successful when they develop connected awareness with each other, the team as a whole, and with their stakeholders.

Using a structured process, the team first determines what will make the greatest difference to increase their team’s effectiveness. The team then works together, with a team guide coaching them, to progress in those areas.

When a team is ready to speak through its challenges and wants an outside facilitator who will work with the team leader so they can actively participate in the work, powerful transformation can happen.

It starts with a conversation.
